A beautiful day for some well deserved R&R!
Today is our final full day in Haiti, and as we see pictures of snowfall back home, we feel bad that we look out over the clear blue sea, with beautiful mountains as a backdrop and 85 degree temperatures.
Ok maybe not that bad, so here’s a few more pics of what we got to enjoy today…
In all seriousness, we are grateful for the experiences had this week in Zoranje. However, we also are looking forward to reuniting with family & friends, sharing all the wonderful stories of what God is doing here in Haiti.
After nearly 55 hours of work, the team enjoyed a restful day. Some played ping pong, others went swimming or shopped at local vendors. Some spent it snorkeling, some spent it jumping on a HUGE trampoline that rests in the ocean! It was a blessing to just relax in the sun, views of the beautiful sea and mountains around us.
Our final time of devotion was a reflection of all we were a part of this week, and the amazing, appreciative, adventurous spirit of a village that is transforming right before our very eyes.
Here are a few more pics of our last Kids Camp day here in Haiti…
Time to say
goodbye see you in May Zoranje!
We spent our last evening laughing & crying as we shared insights from our week, while packing up for our flight home. One of our best highlights was watching a team member lead one of our interpreters in a prayer of salvation! To God be the glory!
Keep us in your prayers as we travel home tomorrow! We pray for easy passage through TSA, and no complications through customs.
We are so thankful for the hospitality and care of our hosts Richard and Kelly Green, they have become close friends and wonderful partners in ministry here in Haiti. Continue to pray for them and the people of Zoranje!

See you tomorrow at church!
